The primary typeface for VarsityType, VT Foundry is a heavy-lifting headlining workhorse equipped with everything but a hard hat. It's a 4-font condensed family that's full of character — built by the ones who build characters (fonts! Get it?) — featuring Sans, Slab, Slant, and Stencil styles. Inspiration for this font comes from the “Property of Athletic Dept.” t-shirts, a recognizable part of American culture that represent affiliation with a group, team, or program. VT Foundry now represents our font foundry, lettermakers of sport. Take it home and allow it to represent your initiative, too.
